Cancellation Policy

At QUANTUMTERA TECHNO PRIVATE LIMITED, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation terms below.

A customer can cancel the order only within 24 hours of placing the order & not beyond 24 hours.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may raise a return request after delivery as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
In case of cancellation and the order placed is Prepaid, the refund might take 2-3 working days to reflect in customer’s account from the date of cancellation.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no charges are levied if cancelled within the eligible window.
